We provide custom 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and small-batch production.
You can send us your 3D model file (STL, OBJ, or STEP), or we can help you design it from scratch.
2. What materials do you use?
We print in a wide range of materials:
PLA – strong and eco-friendly (perfect for most designs)
PETG – durable and flexible, great for mechanical parts
ABS – high strength and heat resistance
If you’re not sure which one to pick, we’ll gladly recommend the best option for your project.
TPU – rubber-like flexibility
3. How do I place an order?
1 Upload your file or contact us for a quote.
2 Choose your material, color, and finish.
3 We’ll review your design and confirm pricing.
4 Once you approve, production begins right away!
4. What file formats do you accept?
We accept .STL, .OBJ, .STEP, and .3MF files.
If you have a 2D sketch or idea only, our design team can convert it into a printable 3D model.
5. How long does it take to print my order?
Most small to medium orders are ready within 2–5 business days.
Larger or more complex projects may take longer — but we’ll always give you an exact timeline before production starts.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship throughout Europe and worldwide.
Local pickup in Budapest is also available.
Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the package size.
7. QuestionCan I make changes after placing my order?
You can request changes before printing starts.
Once printing begins, changes may require an additional fee depending on the stage of production.
8. What is your return or refund policy?
Because every print is custom-made, we can’t offer returns once production begins.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll reprint it free of charge or issue a partial refund, depending on the case.
9. Do you offer bulk or business discounts?
Yes — we provide special pricing for bulk orders, schools, startups, and architectural firms.

10. Can you design something for me if I don’t have a 3D file?
Absolutely! Our in-house design team can help you create or modify a 3D model from an idea, drawing, or photo.
